Prepare a support request
Include the affected order, SKU or document, the time of the issue, what happened and what you expected. This opens a draft in your email app.
Open email draftContact support
For operational support, contact [email protected]. Include the Shopify store domain, Flowtopus organization name, affected workflow and urgency.
For privacy, export or deletion requests, use the privacy contact shown on the Flowtopus privacy policy page.
What to include
Describe the action you attempted, the expected result, the result you saw and the approximate time of the issue.
Include purchase order references, supplier names, document names, SKU examples and screenshots when available.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, keys, payment card data, or other technical secrets in support messages.
Operational issues
For missing stock updates, check in Settings → Shopify that the store is still connected and its latest sync succeeded, then review the inventory locations included for replenishment.
For missing recommendations, check that the SKU has Shopify stock, valid average sales, lead time, MOQ and reorder inputs.
Supplier documents
For supplier document issues, confirm the inbound alias is active, the attachment is a supported PDF, JPG or PNG, the file size is within the configured limit and the extracted SKUs are mapped before approval.
If extraction fails, retry from the ingestion review page and include the ingestion ID if the retry fails again.
Purchase orders and e-mail
For purchase order e-mail issues, verify that the supplier has a contact e-mail, the supplier e-mail connection is configured in Settings and the purchase order still needs supplier sending.
If an e-mail send fails, Flowtopus keeps the purchase order in the approval workflow so the merchant can fix the issue and retry without marking it sent.
Billing
For Shopify App Pricing issues, include the Shopify store domain, selected plan, return URL timestamp and any visible billing status in Settings.
If a plan is past due, cancelled or scheduled for cancellation, use the Shopify-hosted plan management link shown in Flowtopus before contacting support.
Incident priority
High priority issues include blocked purchase order sending, stale Shopify stock signals across an active store, failed supplier document approval, billing access incorrectly blocked, or suspected cross-organization data exposure.
Routine data corrections such as SKU mapping, supplier profile cleanup, ROP tuning and historical cost fixes are handled as standard support.
